1. The service
CargoTraces lets you look up the status of parcels travelling from abroad to Türkiye by entering a tracking number. Tracking information, including stages, locations and estimated delivery dates, is provided for general information only.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Tracking details and estimated delivery dates are estimates based on available data and may not reflect real-time status. They are not guarantees. We are not the carrier and are not responsible for the transport, customs handling, or delivery of any parcel.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; interfere with its normal operation; or use automated means to overload, copy or scrape it.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text and logos, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without permission, except as allowed by law.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third parties.
