How do I track my parcel?
Enter your tracking number in the box on the home page and press Track. You'll instantly see your parcel's current stage, location and estimated delivery date.
What does “your data is masked” mean?
To protect privacy, the recipient's name and address are shown only partly (for example “A*** Y***”); only the city stays visible. Sensitive details never reach your browser.
Which part of the journey does CargoTraces cover?
We cover the international journey: pickup, international transit, and arrival at customs in the destination country. Final delivery is handled by the local carrier.
How many languages does the site support?
The site is available in 30 languages and automatically follows the language you select.
Is the estimated delivery date reliable?
The date is calculated from the shipment date plus a realistic transit time, and it stays the same when you refresh. It's a careful estimate, not a guarantee.
